Julie Cotton (Somatic/Play Coach) has been an actor for 40 years, a healer for 16 years and a coach for 9 years. She has a BA in Theater from Grand Canyon University, an MFA in Acting from Rutgers University. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in CranioSacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release through Upledger Institute. She recently received her certification as an NLP Coach and Practitioner and TimeLine Therapy® Practitioner. Other certifications include 300 hr Yoga Teacher, All Populations Mat Pilates Instructor, 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing, Trainer Forum (transformational Leadership training), Reiki I & II, and Accessing Manifestating Intention Level VortexHealing® Practitioner (Energy Healing). She is currently studying to receive her Somatic Coaching, ICF, Breathwork and Hypnotherapy certifications.
